SIMBA SuperRoam Plan

SIMBA SIM-Only Plans

SIMBA SIM-Only Plans have options for everyone, including the 100 GB Plan, 130 GB Plan, Seniors Plan, and Prepaid Plan with an extra 50 GB. All these plans come with IDD minutes for international calls, local fixed line minutes for local calls, local data for internet usage, roaming data for when you’re traveling, and unlimited calls and SMS. The 100 GB Plan gives you a lot of data, while the 130 GB Plan offers even more. The Seniors Plan is designed for older adults, making it easy for them to stay connected. With the Prepaid Plan, you get an additional 50 GB of data. How to Top Up Reacharge SIMBA SIM Card

For Personal or Business Plans (except Prepaid Plan)

You can recharge your Account Balance using SIMBA Recharge via QR code (PayNow/GrabPay/GooglePay), SIMBA My Account or My SIMBA App via credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX).

If you wish to recharge your Account Balance using cash, please visit any SIMBA Service Centres or Authorised Dealers. To find the nearest SIMBA shops around you, SMS <SIMBA> to 1218. This service is free and valid for all SIMBA customers.

You can recharge your Account Balance as much as you want. The value in Account Balance has no expiry date as long as your SIMBA SIM is active. Do note that credits in Account Balance are non-refundable.

For Prepaid Plan

You may SMS <SIMBA> to 1218, and choose option 2 to check your account balance. Additionally, you can log in to www.simba.sg/preaccount through your smartphone with your SIMBA prepaid SIM card inserted and do the following:

• Perform a one-time recharge (renewal/ excess usages)
• Buy plan
